H股 "偷步" 炒到癲

"People buying stocks crazily before the cash arrive"

H股 (H Gu) = H share
偷步 (Teo Bou) = before hand
炒 (Cao) = Huge amount of buying the same thing
到 (Dou) = (something like "until" or "reach")
癲 (Din) = crazy , insane

You told me Tao Bo means to jump the start - like people jumping the start in a running race - pehaps "before hand" might be more accurate?
